Hi, Just returned from Tsilivi and had a lovely time.

We had to move rooms on the second day due to a plumbing problem, but were rewarded with a case of beer, followed by two cartons of pure juice,followed (the next day) by fruit shoots for the kids,followed(the following day) by more fruit shoots!

The Staff were lovely even with the language barrier.

The lady in reception adored the children and found my grandson amusing even when we did not!

Maybe it was because we went as a close, extended family unit with such a large age range, but we felt totally accepted by all in the hotel....AND...we didn't eat once at Anna's and she was lovely.

I chose to cook in the apartment most of the time (no mean feat for 3 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 9yr old and a baby) but if you're prepared to put in the effort, well worth it! The local produce is excellent! I miss the bacon and the Feta!

Give the Amarylis a go, it is well worth it, we will be back!

Oh, by the way, Tsilivi is beautifull, too

Has anyone got an email address for the Amarylis Apartments? I have been to Tsilivi twice, and have noticed this place is in a great location, but cant seem to get the email address, and am looking at booking up for next year! Appriciate any help! Thanks x

Got back last sunday from our holiday, stayed at amarylis. had a brilliant time, meeting Anna, Nikkos, Iosif n Louis, they were great n welcoming, made our stay at the apartments great, the apartments were kept lovely n clean, really had a brilliant time with 21 of us, wishing we were still there. xxxxxxxxxxxx

Had yet another brilliant holiday at Amarylis apartments, got back last sunday and already looking to book for next year. Anna, Nikos, Ioseph and Louis were the best hosts ever, considering there was 21 of us. Thanks Nikos for taking us out to see the island and thanks Anna and Ioseph fot the wonderful food and last but not least thanks Louis for serving us our drinks of which there were plenty and for putting up with us all..

Stayed at amarylis apartments June 2009, was a little aprehensive after reading the reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised, rooms are basic but you get what you pay for, it was ok for us as how much time would you spend in your room. Anna who runs the snack / pool bar and her sons Joseph and Louis were fantastic, brilliant with our boys, nothing was too much trouble. Will defo go back in a couple of years. Would recommend just for anna, the pool (was cleaned by her husband every night) very clean and her sons. Excellent holiday in Tsilivi, excellent location for the beach, restaurants.

Returned from this accommodation on 2nd Oct08.Will not go again. I have stayed at 3 other hotels/apartments in Silivi Phoenix beach Gorgio 2 and Mavrikos.my complaint with the Amarylis was that I had no hot water at any time throughout my weeks stay.It was impossible to complain as the lady could not speak or understand English and my Greek is worse.The towel (yes just one) was changed twice in the week.I was on the first floor and above me there was what sounded like a herd of Buffalo runing around later in the night when they returned.Otherwise clean, good location, nice pool, bur the negatives outwieghed the positives for me.

just come back from 2 weeks holiday at the amaryllis the pool bar staff anna nikos lewis and joesph were the nicest people ever the rooms were really spacious and good advise anyone to go there the food in the pool bar is lovely and the pool is really clean no complaints the air conditioning is really needed which is 50 euros per week cleaners were always round brilliant holiday
